Kota Kinabalu: The Election Commission (EC) is urged to investigate whether Chief Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal’s tour of Sabah to give away land titles is tantamount to campaigning and vote-fishing with the State set to hold an election.
Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) Sec-Gen Datuk Jahid Jahim said the task could be done by the District Officers if it was not politically motivated.

He said Shafie who is Warisan President is giving rousing speeches at these events and taking credit he does not deserve as the initiative was started by the previous Barisan Nasional state government under Tan Sri Musa Aman.
