Kota Kinabalu: Election Reform Committee (ERC) Chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman (pic), said a lot of “pelik” (weird) things have been happening in Sabah politics since 1985, and that it inspired him to write a book on it. He recalled the first weird thing as Secretary of the Election Commission (EC) from 1979-1995.
