“At the same time, Jeffrey must call for the withdrawal by the Home Minister of the Federal Home Immigration Circular/Gazette dated July 27, 1984 that allows entry without documents by anyone travelling from Labuan to Sabah,” he said in a statement, Wednesday.

“People from the peninsula or Sarawak can enter and walk freely in Sabah without having to stamp the visa on their passports through the Labuan-Menumbok loophole.
