Pernah bertapak di Kuala Lumpur di awal karier seninya, penyanyi serba boleh itu memutuskan untuk ‘balik kampung’ selepas beberapa tahun cuba memperkenalkan bakatnya dalam industri arus perdana.

“Sebelum ini, saya pernah menjadi artis naungan di bawah syarikat pengurusan artis milik Cat Farish pada 2010. Saya bincang dengan mama, sama ada perlukah saya teruskan atau tidak. Atas nasihat mama saya kembali ke Sabah. Saya tidak pernah menyesal dengan keputusan ini. Saya rasa lebih selesa di negeri sendiri dan saya percaya rezeki itu adalah ketentuan Allah.
“Alhamdulillah, pada waktu itu saya sudah keluar dengan tiga single solo di Sabah ketika rakan seperjuangan lain yang dulu sama-sama di KL pun akhirnya balik semula ke Sabah apabila nasib kurang menyebelahi mereka di sana,” katanya.
