Kota Kinabalu: Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) pledged to take legal action against the Federal Government if it failed to cooperate in the negotiation and implementation of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).

This was among the highlights in the party’s manifesto unveiled Tuesday night via online, that includes a promise to reform state and federal laws to enable separation of powers for Sabah Government in matters involving culture, religious belief, education, immigration, language, land and other issues relating to the MA63.

PCS President Datuk Seri Anifah Aman  (pic) said the party hears the cries of the people of Sabah who have had enough with unfulfilled promises to implement the agreement that sets out the terms and conditions in which three states, including Sabah, agreed to merge with the Federation of Malaya to form Malaysia.
