Kota Kinabalu: Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic) has threatened to sue Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) if it fails to pay the state sales tax (SST) on Petroleum products due to the State.He was responding to reports on the national oil company having paid the Sarawak Government RM2.96 billion in SST arrears on petroleum products for 2019.
