‘Victims still in container homes’ shock

SANDAKAN: Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Honorary Life President Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat said he is shocked and appalled that fire victims of Kampung Gas, here, have been living in container homes for two years while waiting to be resettled.He pledged to immediately relocate them to a more liveable environment if LDP formed the State Government after the polls.
Chong, who is contesting the Inanam seat, said this after visiting the temporary shelter with LDP President and Api-Api candidate Datuk Chin Su Phin.
