Three independents lend their support to GRS
Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) now has a 41-32 majority over Warisan Plus after three independent assemblymen - Datuk Masiung Banah (Kuamut), Datuk Seri Ruddy Awah (Pitas) and Datuk Rubin Balang (Kemabong), would also lend their support to form the new government, reported Malaysiakini.

It was also reported that GRS wants their candidate to be sworn-in as the Chief Minister, Sunday. Sabah PN chief Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor and Sabah BN chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin are among the names being speculated as chief ministerial candidates.

GRS is an alliance of Perikatan Nasional (PN), Barisan Nasional (BN) and PBS.
