‘Covid exposes Sabah’s poor healthcare system’

SANDAKAN: Urgent intervention by the Federal Government is needed to address the inadequacy and weakness in Sabah’s healthcare infrastructure as exposed by the current Covid-19 pandemic.Democratic Action Party (DAP) Member of Parliament for Sandakan, Vivian Wong (pic) raised this her Budget 2021 debate in the Dewan Rakyat recently.
She said the pandemic the pushed our public healthcare system in Sabah to the brink of collapse, putting our healthcare workers at greater risk.
