Kota Kinabalu: The BIMP-EAGA Business Council (BEBC) Sabah lauds the appointment of Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia as the Special Envoy of the BIMP-EAGA representing Sabah State Government.

BEBC Sabah Chairman Carl Moosom said recently, through social media, received an e-poster depicting the appointment of the BIMP-EAGA Special Envoy by the Chief Minister of Sabah Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor (pic) on Jan 11.

He said BEBC welcomes the appointment which clearly shows the focus-driven Government is consistent and in tandem with the recent announcement of Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) Development Plan 2021-2025.

“At the moment BEBC Sabah is yet to learn about the actual reference of the Special Envoy, but we are certain it will further boost the regional and international trade ties,” he said, Wednesday.

“BEBC Sabah is looking forward to the close collaboration with Tan Sri Pandikar, given his vast experience both in the national and regional network, especially in attending all programmes and activities of the BIMP-EAGA,” Moosom said.
