PENAMPANG: The sales of properties, particularly housing in Sabah, will be on a downward trend beginning June this year if the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which ends on May 31 is not extended.
Outgoing president of Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda), Datuk Chew Sang Hai said the end of HOC in two months’ time would also mean that all the incentives given by the government and developers would no longer benefit house buyers.
