(pic) said the report by the Special Committee on Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee (JKJAV), as of Sunday, stated that only 12.40pc of Sabah’s population (362,514 people) have registered for the vaccination programme, which is less than half of the national average of 32.60pc.
