Kota Kinabalu: News of the demise of Britain’s Prince Philip on Friday prompted retired teacher Pang Su Lee to dig up old photos of his visit to Jesselton (now Kota Kinabalu) in 1959.
The 82-year-old found one photo on the back of which she had written: “Prince Philip’s visit to Jesselton. Photo taken at the parade at Tanjung Aru Beach. 1959.”
