BEAUFORT: Another eight makeshift dwellings that served as hideouts for Abu Sayyaf terrorists behind Taman Sri Arjuna here were torched, Friday.
Beaufort Police Chief DSP Yussof Zaki Yaacob said the demolition team which involved 40 enforcement officers and personnel from the police force, Rela, Beaufort district office, Department of Environment and other relevant departments, burned down the houses in a special operation on June 11.
