SEMPORNA: Marine police foiled an attempt to smuggle subsidised petrol valued at RM36,677.50 to the Philippines in the waters off Pulau Boheian, near here, early Friday.Semporna Marine Police Commanding Officer DSP Mohamad Ismail said a suspicious speedboat was initially spotted by their team patrolling the area.
