Kota Kinabalu: The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) through KD Perak and KD Kedah participated in the Passing Exercise (PASSEX) with the Royal Australian Navy (TLDA) ship, HMAS SIRIUS (O 266) around Kota Kinabalu Waters on Tuesday.Eastern Fleet Commander, Vice Admiral Datuk Sabri Zali, said PASSEX is one of the initiatives that is often implemented to strengthen diplomatic relations between the RMN and the regional navy.
