MEMBAKUT: Some 70 acres of padi fields in Blok 7, Kampung Pimping, here, have been revived thanks to the determination of farmers, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Mohd Arifin Ariff.“Their resolve in working on their fields that had been abandoned for more than 10 years are now producing results under the guidance of the Agriculture Department,” he said when handing over assistance to Blok 7 farmers, Monday.
