Expert: Hold RCI on MA63 grouses

Kota Kinabalu: Universiti Malaya Emeritus Professor Datuk Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi recommended that a Royal Commission be established to settle the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) discontent once and for all.He made this recommendation at a Sept 16 Malaysia Day webinar: “Constitutional Safeguards for Sabah & Sarawak’s Autonomy” organised by the Constitutional Literacy Initiative (CLI), a collaboration of the Bar Council and the Faculty of Law of Universiti Malaya.
