Kota Kinabalu: Completion of some projects under the federal Rural Development Ministry in Sabah this year is delayed due to the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO), said its Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid.He said the Ministry had set aside RM1.2 billion for rural development in Sabah this year.
