Kota Kinabalu: The Government plans to come up with new cost-effective and less-risk programmes that will bring ample benefits to the rural communities in a shorter time, said State Rural Development Minister Datuk Jahid Jahim.Together with the Federal Government, he said the State Government and local authorities will work together to look for programmes or models that have a positive impact on people living in villages.
