Karate President keeps his post
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Karate Association (SKA) President Datuk Jake Nointin (pic) retained his post unopposed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) cum election for new office bearers held at Promenade Hotel recently.

He said in his speech that apart from the preparation of Sukma Games , there were not many activities in the past two years due to the pandemic  but hoped things would return to normal once the situation improved.

He also revealed that SKA has assisted their registered branches and clubs financially with RM1,000 each.

Meanwhile, Deputy President Datuk  Herman Tiongsoh was also  re-elected with no challengers, while the four vice Presidents are Johnny Chong, Richard Ajak, Ag Hashim Md Zain, and Godfrey Anthony.

The committee members are Makedoline Ripin, Abd Halim@Ampiu, Anney Henry, Grace Tiwon, Frederick Kiamut, Iskandar Damis, and Julian Chin also remained as Secretary General with Jonnas Joitol as his assistant.

The treasurer post went to David U.
