ZAMBOANGA CITY: City Mayor Ma Isabelle Climaco Salazar directed health officials and other related authorities to tighten health screening procedures and security measures in all entry points following the discovery of 32 ferry passengers who tested positive with Covid-19 virus Wednesday.“We are not ready to take the risk when it comes to protecting people from possible transmission of Covid-19 particularly the Omicron variant,” the lady mayor stressed.
