Kota Kinabalu: Diving haven Pulau Rusukan Besar located southwest of Labuan is up for sale for RM40 million.
The 28.32-acre island has been listed on social media and also property auction websites since last year.

The island is well known for its pristine natural beauty and idyllic scenery, its blue waters teeming with marine life and corals, reported the Rakyat Post.
It is famous for some of the best shipwreck dive sites in Asia including the documented American Wreck, Australian Wreck, Cement Wreck and Blue Water Wreck.
The wrecks of three cargo vessels and one warship can be inspected at the depth of 30-32 metres.
Visitors also come for canoeing and snorkeling off the island accessible by a 30-minute boat ride from Labuan .
