Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah and Labuan Skills Training Centre (PLK)-National Dual Training System (SLDN) Association warned that the number of unemployed youths in Sabah could reach quarter million by 2024.Its President Nelson Mosinoh said Sabah consistently recorded the highest unemployment rate in Malaysia, hitting an alarming rate of 9.1 per cent in the first quarter of 2022 or equivalent to 190,000 jobless youths.
