“Holders of IMM 13 Visit Passes who commit criminal offences will have their passes revoked and deported,” Masri (pic) said.
Kota Kinabalu: New applications for IMM Visit Pass 13, which is a Visit Pass issued by the Immigration Department Under Regulation 11(10) of the 1959/1963 Regulations, have been discontinued since March 2013.

Deputy Director (Operations) Masri bin Adul of the Sabah Immigration Department said this when he gave a briefing at the morning session of the Foreigner Data Digitisation Town Hall forum held recently at the Sabah International Convention Centre.

He said the IMM Visit Pass 13 was issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department since 1997, and that the payment rate for existing IMM 13 Visit Pass is RM90 per year and can be renewed from year to year.
