“There are other options, that are cheaper, more efficient, eco-friendly, to provide clean water, apart from the controversial Kaiduan/Papar dam proposal,” deputy president Edward Dagul.

Edward, who is also SAPP Southern Zone Chairman, said kampung folks in the affected vicinity are still worried their safety and livelihood may be adversely affected if the proposal is to go ahead.
