PAPAR: Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) should not hesitate to participate in any State Government programme or initiative in promoting local products, especially through the establishments of Industri Kecil Sederhana (IKS) marts in Sabah.

Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam said that the IKS marts functions as a platform or service that helps to display and promote locally produced items or food aimed to attract buyers.

In this regard, he said the ministry will carry out their role to establish more of the marts in Sabah if there are encouraging support from local entrepreneurs that are eager to showcase their products.
