Tabs shift focus to Borneo Cup

Kota Kinabalu: Tabs Safa Bandaraya players are urged to keep up their momentum following their good outing at the recent Liga Suparimau FAM 2022 tournament held here for the very first time. 

Their team emerged runners-up in the Under-16 category losing the title to team JJFC.

Its deputy chairman Lokman Sunggim was pleased with the overall performance of his players and believes they can improve further with joint effort from both the players and coaches.

“We congratulate the players and coaches for putting up a very good performance. The players not only benefited from the experience of competing, it will also help them in the preparation for the upcoming Borneo Cup tournaments,” he said.

He also revealed that they will be sending their Under-11 and Under-12 teams to take part in the National Football Development Programme in October.
