Four stopover destinations in Kota Belud
The Tigad-Tigad dance to welcome the Convoy.
KOTA BELUD: The Merdeka Convoy made four stops here recently.

They were received by Tempasuk Assemblyman Arsad Bistari who officiated the Kota Belud leg of the convoy journey at the Federal Building.

The convoy was greeted by a Tigad-Tigad dance of the Bajau Samah community presented by the Sabah Gong and Kulintangan Association before proceeding to SMK Arshad and the District Police Headquarters.

OCPD Supt Shahrudin Mat Husain flagged off the convoy after passing the Convoy Baton to Deputy Information Director Supian Musa.

The convoy then proceeded to SMKA Tun Said and was entertained by a poem recitation entitled Langit Biru, Warna Kemerdekaan by students before continuing to Tuaran.
