Woman prevented from jumping off condominium

PENAMPANG: Rescue workers talked a 25-year-old woman at The Light Residences here out of leaping to her death at about 2.40pm, Sunday.
According to an official Fire and Rescue Department report (FRD), the scene was at a house balcony on level 18 of the condominium.
