The Canopy on Normanby located approximately 1.2km from Melbourne Central Business District intensed to enable sustainable community.

The projects mainly featured green spaces for healthy living as the apartment’s design is more towards a green scenery applied in balconies, rooftops, and gardens.

The Canopy is truly special by its project features such as daylight modelling and benefits as in prioritising high levels of natural light. Gamuda Land continues to deliver a friendly environment by transforming a closed section of neighbouring Johnson Street into an open green space for the community.

These mature markets such as Australia and the United Kingdom present a host of opportunities for us to apply and showcase our mindful planning and sustainability expertise,” said Gamuda Land Chief Executive Officer Ngan Chee Meng.
