DAILY EXPRESS (Thursday, February 15, 1968) KOTA KINABALU, Wed. The Chief Minister, Tun Datu Mustapha bin Datu Harun, today announced a slight reshuffle in the State Cabinet before two new ministers were sworn in by the Yang di-Pertua Negara, Tun Pengiran Haji Ahmad Raffee.
The Cabinet reshuffle involved two ministers. Dato Khoo Siak Chiew, former Minister of Communications and Works, has moved up to Deputy Chief Minister.
His portfolio has been taken over by Dato Pang Tet Tshung, former Minister of Local Government.
The new Ministers sworn in this morning were: Tuan Habib Mahmud who is a nominated State Assemblyman, and Enche Wong Lok Khiam, State Assemblyman for Kudat.

Tuan Habib Abdul Rahman, who was sworn in as Minister of Local Government, will be taking over from Dato Pang. He is the Secretary-General of Usno.
Enche Wong, who is the Secretary- General of SCA was sworn in as Minister of Health.
This morning's swearing in ceremony at the Istana was attended by the Chief Minister, Tun Datu Mustapha bin Datu Harun; the Speaker of the State Legislative Assembly, Dato Haji Kassim bin Haji Hashim; State Cabinet Ministers; heads of foreign missions in Sabah; the Federal Secretary; the Permanent Secretary to the Chief Minister; and heads of Departments.
The ceremony of the new Cabinet is now as follows:-
