He wants to see development and progress in the kampongs of his Ward, and water supply, roads and a new public latrine for Membakut Town.
He also wants Ulu Membakut Road to link up quickly with Motenior Road so as to enable farmers and planters to bring their produce out without any difficulty.
Mr Tay has been a Beaufort District councillor since 1958 and has also been a member of the Beaufort District Council Townships Committee since 1952.
