A few days ago I visited the Land Survey Department office in the capital to request for a title copy. The most urgent problem that caught my attention was the troublesome photocopy machines that were slowing down the duty of office workers to distribute the land title copies smoothly.
Not just once the workers needed to sit up and sit down again just to fix the machine which was causing their work to be slow down.
As a concerned member of the public, there is a necessity urge the authority to provide new machines for the office. The Director Bernard Liew should provide immediate attention to this matter. Isn’t it the vision of the department itself to provide excellent delivery service?
