‘Illegal’ temple flouting MCO

Several cars still throng and double-park (causing inconvenience to us residents who live here) when they gather at the house.
Have called Balai Polis Penampang and field report on the VSP app, one can still see people gathering (chatting, making noises, etc) despite the MCO.
This “temple” has been asked to move and vacate the premise because they do not have the permit and approval.
Thus according to Majlis Daerah Penampang, they are an illegal structure.
But they just chosed to ignore because no stern action has been taken by authorities and now they’re blatantly ignoring the MCO as well and shouldn’t the police or enforcement start penalising and fine the people that still chose to leave their houses and come to this place?
Most nights one can see mediocre number of people but on Saturday nights, there will be way more people. You can find the proof at night, somewhere around 8pm+.
