“What truly differentiates Gamuda Land’s developments is our mindful planning.

“We work ahead by bringing all the components together thoughtfully and locking down good partnerships in advance to activate the home place, eating place, play place, park place and shopping place.

“Built with that in mind, and in respect of nature, Bukit Bantayan Residences coverges services, connectivity, infrastructure, landscapes and softscapes.

“Placemaking is the key towards the coexistence of all these aspects, balancing nature, community, modernity and convenient living,” he added.

“I’m impressed by Gamuda Land’s placemaking where the shops are mindfully laid out at the podium level (Curve 25) to encourage better community interaction in these public spaces to improve overall wellbeing of the community,” he said.
