Yayasan Sabah invites applications for education loans and scholarships

Gulamhaidar (pic) said YSG invites qualified applicants to pursue Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees for the 2022 academic session.
He said there are three types of sponsorships being offered, i.e. scholarships, bursaries and higher educational loans.
Scholarships offered are State Scholarship of Award of Excellence (BCNS), Excellence Rural Students Scholarship (BCPLB), Arabic Language/Islamic Studies Scholarship, Ulum Islamiah Scholarship, Arabic Language Scholarship (UCSF-Middle East), Engineering Scholarship (Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering and Business Engineering), Early Childhood Education Scholarship, Public/Private Higher Educational Institution Scholarship and Tourism/Hospitality Scholarship.
Meanwhile, the bursaries offered are YSCT/Polytechnic/UiTM bursary and Baitulmal Professional College Bursary, Kuala Lumpur (KPBKL), while the higher educational loan sponsorship is provided to applicants who are majoring in courses that are not listed in the scholarship and bursary courses.
The application can be submitted online through the official website of the YSG, http://www.yayasansabahgroup.org.my then click on the Portal Permohonan Tajaan Yayasan Sabah 2022. Applicants can also refer to the sponsorship advertisement on the official Facebook account (KYS-Kumpulan Yayasan Sabah) and Instagram account (kumpulanyayasansabah). The closing application date for BCNS and BCPLB is on June 30, 2022, while the other sponsorships is on July 22, 2022.
