Kota Kinabalu: A baby that was delivered while the mother was enroute to hospital in an uber vehicle died a few hours later at 1am Sunday due to lack of oxygen.Uber driver Fredoline Lunsin said when his passenger told him she was about to deliver while in the back of his car last Saturday.
"She complained of a stomach ache and when I looked behind, I was shocked to see the baby's head coming out," said the 31-year-old.

During the 8pm incident, the pregnant woman and two family members had requested for an Uber to go to Hospital Queen Elizabeth (HQE) 1.
Fredoline said he did not notice the imminent arrival of the baby when he picked up the three passengers outside Kompleks Megalong in Penampang.
Six minutes later, the woman said she was in pain and Fredoline quickly sped to the hospital.
"The baby was already born when we arrived at the hospital. The young mother and baby were then taken into the ward by the nurses," he said.
