Penampang: An individual believed to be a man died in a Proton Saga FLX when it caught fire at Pekan Donggongon, here, Tuesday.District Police Chief DSP Rosley Hobden said police arrived the scene near Restoran Mustika after being alerted by Fire and Rescue Department in the 4.50am tragedy.Rosley said a passer-by alerted the Fire and Rescue after noticing fire in the front part of the car.Further investigations showed that the victim was found in the car with 80pc burns his body and was brought to Hospital Queen Elizabeth 1 for post mortem.
