Kota Kinabalu: The actual number of positive Covid-19 cases in Sabah will only be known once 4,600 samples are cleared in the next two days by a special task force set up on Wednesday.State Health Director Datuk Dr Christina Rundi said the task force consists of two teams (15 people in each team) who are taking turns round-the-clock to clear the backlog, following a replenished supply of reagents.
