Kota Kinabalu: PKR supremo Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Sabah PKR chief Datuk Christina Liew grace the launch of the Vibes news portal at the Magellan Sutera Harbour Resort, Saturday, in conjunction with the celebration of Malaysia Day hosted by the Petra Group that started Vibes.com.Datuk Dr Vinod Sekhar, Chairman and Group Chief Executive of the Petra Group, said: “In the face of Covid-19, we must put aside all our prejudices and stand together.
“Our country and our people have been seriously affected with livelihoods lost, business closing down, and with many struggling to make ends meet.”
Former Daily Express journalist Jason Santos heads the Sabah set up of the Vibes.com with Neil Chan as one of the reporters.
