Comply with Temco, LD folks told

LAHAD DATU: Residents here have been asked to comply with the Targeted Enhanced Movement Control Order (Temco) to ensure efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19 bear fruit. District Police Chief ACP Nasri Mansor said the order included only one family member is allowed to go out to get daily necessities.ADVERTISEMENT
“I was made to understand that an audio has been circulated via WhatsApp claiming that I have purportedly allowed three individuals to travel in one vehicle.
“This is not true. I would like to emphasise that only one individual is allowed to be in a vehicle,” he said.

The five roadblocks are at Payang, Simpang Jeroco, Batu Satu Jalan Segama, Kg Muhibbah and Silabukan, in addition to the three existing roadblocks at Kg Puyut, Kaka Plastic and Gate 55 Felda Sahabat.ADVERTISEMENT
The roadblocks are aimed at controlling the public’s movement.
