RANAU: Fruit farmers, who were able to earn thousands of ringgit through their previous sales revenue, are now severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
A farmer and fruit seller known as Ah Lai, 56, who cultivates Nangka Madu, mangosteens and banana at the Hakka Food Court said his daily sales revenue is severely affected.

He said, before this, the monthly income could reach five figures, but since the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, his income has been affected to reach only hundreds of ringgit.
