Kota Kinabalu: Sabah recorded 578 Covid-19 cases on Thursday with 156 from the Penjara (prison) Kepayan Cluster comprising 145 inmates, eight prisons staff here and one in Papar, one former inmate in Sipitang and one close contact to the prisons staff. The State also recorded two new clusters, namely Sauh Cluster (31 cases) at the Petronas offshore and Tinusa Cluster (33 cases) at Kg Tinsua 2 in Sandakan.

(pic) who is also the State’s official Covid-19 spokesperson said efforts to address backlog tests is being actively done, noting that there are currently 6,653 backlog cases.
