He added that a new cluster called the “Kapor Cluster”, had been identified in Kudat with 46 cases.

The State Local Government and Housing Minister said Kota Kinabalu topped the list with 532 cases, with 439 of it coming from the Kepayan Prison Cluster and 93 contributed by other Covid-19 screenings.
