According to a statement from the firm of solicitors who represented Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Mohd Noor and 32 others, it received instructions from former Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman
(pic) in consultation with Hajiji (the 8th Applicant) to withdraw the Notice of Motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court.
