PAPAR: Some 50 participants hope their recent week-long training in beauty therapy will be a stepping stone to a fruitful career.
The course by Excellence Skill Academy started on Dec 28, 2020 through funding from the Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry in the hope of helping locals across the State to venture into fields that contribute to their livelihood.
