Call for stricter factory SOP
TAWAU:  A businessman suggested that the public and private sectors, especially factories or workshops, to formulate a complete set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enforce it in their respective factories to prevent the spread of  infection.

Datuk Lo Fui Ming (pic) said factory operators who employ a large number of employees or workers should strictly implement the SOPs on the site, including prohibit their workers from going in and out freely during this period.

As for employees/workers, even the public who want to enter the factory site must also fully comply with the SOPs, including present their personal Covid-19 swab test report three days before entering the factory site.

At the same time, a guard fence should be set up at the entrance of the factory and medical staff or nurses should be ready to conduct swab test on the workers.
