Kota Kinabalu: People continue to disregard the Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP) despite the Movement Control Order put in place to contain the spread of the virus since Jan 13.
Within three days, 41 compounds were issued against those found flouting the SOP, according to State Local Government and Housing Minister cum Sabah’s official Covid-19 spokesperson, Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun
(pic), in his daily Covid-19 update, Saturday.

Despite not recording any new cluster on Saturday, Sabah still showed a high in the number of cases with 449 and four deaths – three in Lahad Datu and one in Tuaran.
From the figure, 338 cases are from close contact screening, 77 from symptomatic screening, seven from existing clusters, four from inter-state screening and 23 are from other categories.
