LAHAD DATU: Residents here described the recent strong winds that lashed the township as tornado-like.
Recalling the incident on Friday afternoon, single mother Siti Salkan Nur
(pic), 65, said she was making cakes for sale when the winds blew the roof and the wooden walls of her house.

In the incident at about 3.30pm, about 23 houses in Kg Desa Bajau and Kg Dasar Baru were damaged.
